Goderdzi Pass — a pass in Georgia, in the Khulo municipality of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara. It is located on the Arsiani ridge, at the head of the right tributary of the Kvabliani River — Dzindzitsqali. Elevation 2025 m above sea level. It is built of Upper Oligocene-Lower Miocene volcanogenic sequence, which contains fossilized flora (the so-called Goderdzi sequence). The slopes of Goderdzi Pass are steep and dissected. It is covered with secondary subalpine meadows.
The Batumi-Akhaltsikhe highway passes through Goderdzi Pass.
In 2012, construction of a mountain and ski resort began on Goderdzi Pass, which was completed in December 2015. The resort has hotels, guesthouses, and cottages. The highest point of the cable car is 2,350 meters above sea level.
